Teenager shot in hand in northeast Fort Worth drive-by Tuesday evening, police say

A 15-year-old boy was shot in the hand Tuesday evening in northeast Fort Worth in a drive-by shooting, according to Fort Worth police.

The shooting happened in the 3000 block of Trinity Lakes Drive around 5 p.m., authorities said.

The teen, who was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, said he was shot by an unknown person driving a white SUV according to police.
