Fort Worth police ask for help identifying suspects in 3 robberies at bars in late May

Police are investigating a series of aggravated robberies that occurred in the parking lots of multiple bars and nightclubs in south Fort Worth.

On May 29, police said, at three separate bars — Escapade 2001, at 2401 S. Campus St.; El Corral West, at 4824 South Freeway, and Barra Brava Sports Bar, at 4200 South Freeway, “victims were approached and robbed by armed suspects.”

The police department didn’t specify how many suspects they’re searching for, but said reports indicated the suspects are men, “possibly in their 20s.”

No additional details were provided.

Anyone with information should call 817-392-4365.

The police department also asked that people be cautious and call 911 to report any criminal or suspicious activity at bars or clubs in the area.
