Man dead after shooting at apartment near Sycamore Park in Fort Worth, police say
A man was fatally shot near Sycamore Park in Fort Worth on Sunday morning, Fort Worth police said.
No suspects were in custody as of Sunday afternoon. The shooting occurred at an apartment complex in the 1000 block of Sycamore Terrace, according to police. The man died at the scene.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man who died as Ibrahim Johnwillie Johnson, 26. He died of shotgun wounds to his chest in a common area of the apartment complex, according to the medical examiner’s office website.
No additional information was immediately available.
