Photos show armed suspect wanted in north Fort Worth home invasion

Police asked for help Thursday to find three unidentified armed suspects who forced their way into a home in north Fort Worth last week before fleeing after the homeowner shot at them.

No injuries were reported in the incident, which occurred Sept. 4 in the 3400 block of Fossil Park Drive.

Fort Worth police on Thursday released images from surveillance video of one of the intruders with tattoos on his face and neck in hopes that someone would recognize him and call authorities.

The home invasion occurred shortly after 11:45 p.m. on Sept. 4 at the north Fort Worth house.

Three men forced their way through a back door of a residence at that time, police said. One suspect was armed with an AR-style rifle and another suspect brandished a handgun.

One of the intruders was walking near the surveillance camera looking at items when the resident shot at the suspects, who then ran, police said.

Anyone with information on the suspects should call Fort Worth police at 817-392-3188.
