Woman dies after she is thrown from vehicle in crash in Fort Worth suburb, police say

A 32-year-old woman died Wednesday after she was thrown from the sedan she was driving when it struck a light pole in Hurst, police said.

Alyssa Horder was driving an Infiniti Q70 west in the 1300 block of Bedford-Euless Road when it crashed about 2:45 p.m., authorities said.

Horder died at a hospital of multiple blunt force injuries about 90 minutes after the crash, the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office said.

Horder, who was alone, lived in Hurst.
