Man who authorities allege fatally beat his former wife last month in Denton is sought
A 53-year-old man beat his former wife to death last month in Denton, police alleged Friday as they announced that an arrest warrant for murder had been issued in the case.
Police said they have been unable to find the suspect, Darrell Kramer.
Diane Kramer, who was 65, died in her bedroom of blunt-force trauma to her head, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Diane Kramer’s body was found March 13 in her house in the 800 block of Cross Timber Street. She had been dead for at least several days.
Diane Kramer’s daughter found her mother’s body when she went to check on her, police said.
Denton police were also trying to find Kramer’s station wagon, a late 1990s or early 2000s red Ford Focus with a license plate number that is not known to police.
Someone who sees Kramer should call 911, police said. Someone who has information that could lead to his arrest and would like to offer the tip anonymously can call Denton police at 940-349-8477.
