Police find man fatally shot in apartment in south Fort Worth
Fort Worth homicide detectives were investigating a man’s shooting death in south Fort Worth on Monday night, police said.
At about 4:20 p.m., police received a call to the 2800 block of Walton Avenue near Wedgwood. Officers found a man lying on the floor of the kitchen with gunshot wounds, Fort Worth Officer Gezim Pollozani said.
The man was pronounced dead, and his identity had not been released as of Monday night.
Twelve police units responded to the house.
