Carroll graduating seniors started a new pre commencement tradition Friday evening. The students gathered in the auditorium at Carroll Senior High School before boarding buses with a police escort to the festivities at Dragon Stadium. District officials said the change would reduce traffic congestion and the amount of time students were waiting outside. Despite the threat of rain, 630 graduates enjoyed the outdoor ceremony with family and friends.
