Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is coming to Grapevine
Joining sites in Frisco and Uptown area in Dallas, the Houston-based chain is expected to open at its first Tarrant County location in 2017.
The Grapevine Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council unanimously approved the location on March 15.
Once completed in early 2017, the 10,000-square-foot restaurant will be located at 2400 W. Texas 114 — close to Southlake.

“Our citizens have always embraced fine dining, and we are so pleased to welcome Perry’s to Grapevine. This location represents another major Grapevine addition and compliments recent corporate announcements from Kubota and Mercedes-Benz,” Mayor William D. Tate said of the restaurant.
Chris Perry, president and CEO, addressed why they chose Grapevine.
“We are continually looking at possible locations in North Texas,” he said. “When we came across the Grapevine opportunity, we felt it was the perfect place for the Perry’s experience.”
At the City Council meeting, it was relayed that the the restaurant will accommodate approximately 450 patrons — about 365 indoors and others in patio areas.
Perry, founder of Perry’s restaurants, said Grapevine will provide a view of every angle of the main dining room including a glance at chef creations in the kitchen and glimpses of Bar 79 through the towering wine wall.
Over the past decades, Perry’s has offered butcher-fresh USDA aged prime beef and signature table-side carving presentations, including its seven-finger high pork-chop seven fingers high — and its Chateaubriand.
Its Bar 79 — named after Perry’s meat market birth year — will offer an extensive wine list, craft beers and handcrafted cocktails, live music, a spacious patio and Social Hour 79 from 4-6:30 p.m. weekdays and from 4-9 p.m. Sundays.
Each of the four private dining rooms offers a different ambiance, creating a unique dining experience or groups large and small from business meetings to expansive celebrations.
