Teen motorist killed in Hurst traffic wreck identified
A teenager was killed early Thursday on Northeast Loop 820 when his vehicle hit a concrete bridge, police said.
Jonathan Armstead, 18, was driving his vehicle south when it veered off the highway and collided with the bridge, police said. Armstead was the only one in the vehicle.
The accident occurred about 12:08 a.m. in the 100 block of Northeast Loop 820 in the southbound lanes.
Authorities continued investigating the crash.
