Carroll Elementary event tapes principal to the wall

Carroll Elementary School Principal Stacy Wagnon agreed to raise money for the school’s PTO in an unusual way with “Wagnon on the Wall.” Students and others paid $5 for every piece of duct tape they purchased to pin their principal to the wall. The total raised was $2,545 with more than 500 strips of duct tape sold.
