Everyone loves a good party, but for those 5 years old and younger, staying up until midnight to celebrate the New Year is probably not in the cards. The Southlake Public Library hosted a New Year’s party for young kids with a countdown to noon on New Years Eve. Children enjoyed party favors, fun stories and treats.
