40-home development near Eagle Mountain Lake features one-acre lots
New homes are coming to Azle.
Kindred Homes announced that it will build 40 homes on one-acre lots within walking distance of Eagle Mountain Lake.
“For every family looking to buy a home, Kindred Homes works to establish neighborhoods that live up to the promise of ‘building your idea of home,’” said Carol Horton, Kindred Homes chief marketing officer in a statement.
The Stone Eagle neighborhood will feature a municipal park with tennis courts, baseball fields, paths and an Eagle Mountain Lake boat launch.
The homes will be between $399,990 and $479,990 and range in size from 2,044 square feet to 3,226 square feet.
