Developer proposes 56 homes in Colleyville. Prices will start at $2.5 million
A developer wants to build a 56-home development at McDonwell School Road and Westcoat Drive in Colleyville with prices starting at $2.5 million.
The City Council will hear a presentation, and residents will have a chance to weigh in on the project at Tuesday’s council meeting which starts at 7:30 p.m., at Colleyville City Hall, 100 Main Street.
According to a news release from the city, there will be several meetings to discuss density, traffic and storm water plans for the proposed development, called Greystone Manor, before the council decides whether to approve the project.
The developer is requesting to rezone almost 60 acres from agriculture and single family estate use to a planned unit development.
