Southlake welcomes summer

After a long-spell of rain that hit North Texas, Southlake residents were ready to get out and celebrate the beginning of summer by taking part in the eight annual Summer Kickoff.

The event at Southlake Town Square, featured a host of children’s activities.

Kids met the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Wonder Woman, watched fire jugglers and enjoyed inflatables, free Italian ice and live music.
