Adult softball

Returning teams in the City of Hurst Adult Softball Leagues can register May 18-19, with new registrations open May 20 through June 30 at the Hurst Recreation Administration office, 700 Mary Drive. Walk-in registrations are welcome Monday, Wednesdays and Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m.-6 p.m.

Women's summer basketball

Registration ends May 31 for summer basketball leagues for women age 16 and up through Euless Parks and Community Services. Teams cost $325, with at least a $100 deposit due at registration, and teams must supply their own regulation jerseys.

Eight regular-season games will be played on Sunday afternoons. Registration is at the Euless Family Life Center at 300 West Midway Drive.

Youth soccer

Registration is underway for Fall 2015 teams at Bedford Euless Soccer Association for players age 3-19. Fee for U4 players is $70 and is $80 for all others. New players are required to provide a copy of their official birth certificate.

Youth cheerleading and football

The Mid-Cities PeeWee Football and Cheering Association will have live registration events for youth cheer and football from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. each following Saturday through the end of June.

The events will be at the Mid-Cities PeeWee Building, 141 Harmon Road in Hurst.

Online registration is also available, but cheerleaders must come in person for a uniform fitting.
