Dragon Softball hosts Teal Out to fight cancer
Carroll’s Softball team and its fans traded in their Dragon green for teal on Friday.
The junior varsity and varsity teams hosted their second annual Teal Out to raise money and awareness for cancer.
The event started in memory of Patti Walter, a team mom during the 2013 season who recently died. Between games, participants raised money by throwing pies at Carroll High School principal PJ Giamanco.
