Man crashes car into apartment wall in Euless

A man leaving his apartment on Monterrey Drive in Euless on Tuesday night accidentally drove his car through the wall of the apartment, police said.

The unidentified man meant to shift his Nissan sedan into reverse and accidentally slipped it into drive, crashing into his apartment in the 1300 block of Monterrey Drive, said Euless police spokesman Scott Peterson.

No one was injured in the mishap that happened about 8:30 p.m. After pulling the car out of the building, emergency crews stayed behind to reinforce the structure.

Peterson said the occupant of the apartment has been relocated to another apartment.
