A North Texas resident has won $1 million in a scratch-ticket game, with the lucky ticket purchased at a Lewisville convenience store, the Texas Lottery Commission said in a news release Thursday.

The game, $1,000,000 Ca$h!, offers about $92 million in total prizes, according to the release. The winning ticket was bought at Deer Run Food Mart at 301 W. Round Grove Road. It was the first of four top prizes worth $1 million that has been claimed so far in the game.

The winner chose to remain anonymous. Lottery officials say the odds of winning anything in the game are nearly one in 4 and encourage potential players to play responsibly.
