H Mart Plaza 100% leased in Haltom City. These restaurants, stores are opening
Haltom City officials announced Tuesday that H Mart Plaza is 100% leased, bringing a wide range of restaurants and shopping to North Texas.
H Mart, the Korean-inspired superstore, will open this spring. It is the anchor of the 50-acre mixed use development at 3920 NE Loop 820.
“H Mart Plaza is a perfect example of the kind of vibrant, community-focused development we aim to bring to Haltom City,” Haltom City manager Rex Phelps said in a news release.
“With all spaces leased and a great mix of businesses, this development is a significant milestone for the city,” Phelps added.
Construction is complete at the H Mart Plaza, and businesses will open in the coming months.
The Haltom City H Mart location is the fourth one in North Texas. A store opened in October at 2534 Royal Lane in Dallas.
