Man shot, critically wounded Thursday night in Fort Worth, police say
A man is in critical condition after being shot Thursday night near Las Vegas Trail and Calmont Avenue in Fort Worth, police said.
The man called police to report that he had been shot by an unknown personr at around 7:10 p.m., according to an online call log.
Police responded to the scene and found the man with a gunshot wound to the upper thigh, officials said. The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
No one has been arrested and the appropriate departments were notified, police said.
