North Texas authorities have identified the decomposed body of a woman found near Decatur High School on Oct. 20, according to the Decatur Police Department.

Police said in a statement on Thursday that the body was identified as 34-year-old Disney Raquel Gamboa, who was reported missing on Aug. 18 to the Wise County Sheriff’s Office.

Fingerprints were used to identify Gamboa with the assistance of the Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences in Dallas.

According to police, her family said they last saw her on Aug. 13, Gamboa’s last known address was in Decatur.

Gamboa was found by a rancher searching for lost livestock, officials said. The location was some distance from the school, and police said they don’t believe the body is connected to the high school.

The body was reported to police at 10:20 a.m. Monday on an adjacent property northwest of the high school.

Gamboa’s cause of death is still under investigation, but police said they don’t suspect foul play at this time.
