2 children, man hospitalized after boat crashes into dock on Eagle Mountain Lake
Two children and a man were hospitalized after a boat crashed into a dock at Eagle Mountain Lake in North Texas on Sunday night, authorities said.
The accident was reported about 7 p.m., according to the Tarrant Regional Water District.
The injured children were taken to Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth, and the adult patient was taken to Harris Methodist Hospital Downtown. Information about the extent of their injuries was not immediately available.
The TRWD Law Enforcement Division is investigating the crash along with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office. Azle Fire Department paramedics also responded to the scene.
