Rent starts at $4K in this luxury high-rise on Lake Grapevine. Take a look
Residents are already moving into a luxury high-rise apartment tower in Flower Mound overlooking Lake Grapevine.
Dallas-based Realty Capital Residential announced in a news release that construction was recently completed and leasing is underway at Thirty-One Eleven Sunset, a 16-story luxury apartment tower with 207 units. The community features features a spa, golf simulator and private dining.
Thirty-One Eleven Sunset has one, two and three-bedroom units, including penthouses, and townhomes. Pricing starts at $4,000 per month.
Other amenities include a rooftop swimming pool, terrace and spa with lake views, a restaurant-style bar and lounge and a 24-hour concierge.
On the ground floor, there is 6,000 feet of restaurant and retail space available for lease.
Thirty-One Eleven is in Lakeside Village, which is a walkable, mixed-use community with over 40 shops, restaurants, offices, entertainment and around 2,500 residences. It is about a half mile south of Lakeside Tower, a 16-story condo Realty Capital Residential completed in 2019. Units there are listed for $2.3 million.
The final phase of Lakeside Village will have Mediterranean-style villas starting at $2 million, high-rise residences, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, a wedding chapel and a private social club.
