New $1.2 million Chick-fil-A to open in this North Texas shopping plaza by fall of 2024
A new 5,630-square-foot Chick-fil-A restaurant is opening in Hickory Creek, joining more than 140 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving Dallas-Fort Worth.
The new Denton Chick-fil-A restaurant will be located at FM 2181, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. Construction of the building with a drive-thru and stand-alone canopies will cost an estimated $1.2 million.
Construction is expected to begin May 13, 2024, and is projected to be completed by Nov. 13, adding to more than 400 Chick-fil-A locations in Texas. Mayse & Associates, an interdisciplinary architectural design firm based in Dallas, will be designing the restaurant.
In the meantime, until the new Chick-fil-A location opens, you can place an order for pickup, dine-in or delivery on the Chick-fil-A® App or online. Visit chick-fil-a.com/delivery for delivery options in your area.
