A North Texas Albertsons will soon undergo a $1 million renovation.

The work will begin in October and finish in November for the grocery store chain’s location at 4000 Glade Rd. in Colleyville, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The interior remodel of the store will include removal and relocation of equipment in sales areas. The work will also add interior partitions and alterations to the existing public restrooms.

Albertsons has nearly 400 stores across the country, including over 40 in Texas. The Metroplex alone is home to over a dozen Albertsons locations. Find your nearest Albertsons here.

The Idaho-based company opened its first store over 80 years ago in 1939 on the streets of Boise.
