21-year-old man killed in motorcycle crash in western Tarrant County, officials say

The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the cause of a motorcycle accident that killed a 21-year-old man Sunday night.

Deputies were dispatched to the 700 block of Farm to Market Road 156 near Haslet around 9:30 p.m. regarding a one-vehicle accident, the sheriff’s office said in a news release and on social media. A motorcycle had plowed into a guardrail.

The driver was pronounced dead at a local hospital, officials said. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office identified him as Landon Charles Fuson of Newark and said he died from blunt force injuries.

Investigators from the sheriff’s office are trying to determine what caused the fatal crash.
