Merry Christmas in Mansfield: North Texas claims second recent $1 million lottery winner
A second $1 million Texas Lottery winner was recently claimed in North Texas, this time in Mansfield.
A Mansfield resident the second-tier Mega Millions winning ticket on Nov. 30. The ticket was purchased at a Walmart Neighborhood Market at 2951 Matlock Road in Mansfield.
Earlier this month, a Richardson resident claimed a $1 million ticket after making the purchase at a Dallas gas station.
Winner Mansfield winner, who chose to remain anonymous, won with the Quick Pick ticket with Megaplier by matching all five of the white ball numbers drawn (7-8-26-30-39), but not the Mega Ball number (17).
