Hot streak! Tarrant resident claims massive Texas Lottery winner for third straight day

A Tarrant County resident has claimed a huge Texas Lottery prize for the third consecutive day on Friday.

The latest in the string of winners is a Fort Worth resident who claimed a $1 million winning ticket in the Million Dollar Loteria.

The winning ticket was purchased at El Carnicero Meat Market, at 1300 E. Seminary Road. The winner elected to remain anonymous.

This is the third of 12 top prizes of $1 million to be claimed in the Million Dollar Loteria. The game offers more than $381 million in total prizes. Overall odds of winning any prize in the game are one in 3.27, including break-even prizes.

A Fort Worth resident claimed a $2 million winner for the Mega Millions prize drawing from Sept. 3, which was announced Thursday. On Wednesday, an Arlington resident claimed a $1 million prize in the Million Dollar Loteria.
