Even if you’re missing something important on Christmas, not to worry. While some stores are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, you can still shop for the items you’re looking for and have a stress-free holiday.
Here’s a list of what stores are open on Christmas Eve and Christmas, including grocery stores, department stores, big-box stores, pharmacies and cafes.

Where to buy groceries or pick up a prescription
So you forgot to pick up that one last ingredient to your apple pie, or you feel a sore throat coming on and need some cough drops. No big deal. There are still plenty of stores that are open on Christmas Eve.

Walgreens — Walgreens is open on Christmas Eve, but hours vary by store. Call ahead at your location to check. It is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Christmas

Most big-box retailers aren’t open on Christmas, but you can grab any last-minute gifts the night before. Here are the stores open on Christmas Eve:
