Remains found at DFW Airport identified as man missing since 2016
The skeletal remains of a man found by contractors at DFW Airport on Jan. 14 have been identified, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s office.
The cause of death for Anthony Lukacsy is still listed as pending. His remains were found near Mustang Drive and William D. Tate Avenue, officials said.
The medical examiner’s report doesn’t have an address listed for Lukacsy.
According to the Facebook page “Finding - Techno Tony Lukacsy,” he had been missing since 2016. A memorial service will be held for him on Saturday at the Crown of Life Lutheran Church in Colleyville.
“Tony struggled with addiction and mental health and in the end was homeless living in a tent on DFW Airport Land. He was found by Airport security and confirmed deceased on March 1st, 2019. Time of death is estimated to have occurred Winter of 2016. He would have been 46 years old,” according to the Facebook page.
