One restaurant closes, several had follow-ups in latest Arlington health inspections

One restaurant was closed and two failed in the latest Arlington health inspections, according to city data.

There were 161 inspections from Feb. 25 to March 9.

Arlington inspections are based on a 100-point system. A score of 100 is perfect, and a score of 70 is considered to be extremely poor.

Sonic Drive-In at 4719 Little Road received a score of 84 but was closed on March 7. It reopened the following day.

Two restaurants failed their inspections:

  • Golden Chinese BBQ at 1818 East Pioneer Parkway, 67
  • Mr. Hibachi at 5005 South Cooper St., 68

Six restaurants received scores of 75 or less:

  • Golden Chinese BBQ at 1818 East Pioneer Parkway, 67
  • Mr. Hibachi at 5005 South Cooper Street, 68
  • 7-Eleven at 1920 North Collins St., 73
  • Viet Tofu at 809 East Arkansas Lane, 73
  • Little Caesars at 1110 South Bowen Road, 74
  • Two Hands Corn Dogs at 3811 South Cooper St., 74

Re-inspections are conducted for restaurants that score 75 or less.

  • Crazy Good Kitchen at 816 East Abram St.
  • Mango Biche Mia at 3811 South Cooper St., 78
  • 7-Eleven at 4401 West Green Oaks Blvd.
  • Asian Bowl at 285 Southwest Plaza
  • 7-Eleven at 1920 North Collins St., 73

  • Viet Tofu at 809 East Arkansas Lane, 73
