Fort Worth motorcyclist dies from injuries she suffered in Arlington wreck

A Fort Worth motorcyclist has died from injuries she suffered in an Arlington wreck, according to officials with the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The victim was identified as 53-year-old Michelle Renee Uvalle, who was pronounced dead at 11:49 a.m. Friday at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, according to the medical examiner’s website on Monday.

Uvalle died from blunt-force injuries and her death has been ruled an accident.

The crash was reported about 3:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 2700 block of NW Green Oaks Boulevard at the intersection with Randol Mill Road in Arlington.

A motorcycle was traveling northbound on Green Oaks, while a passenger vehicle was southbound, Arlington police said.

At some point, the car turned left and collided with the motorcycle. The motorcyclist was thrown from her vehicle, Arlington police said.

The crash remains under investigation.
