Where and when to get vaccinated for COVID the first week of January in Tarrant County

Each week, Tarrant County Public Health hosts COVID-19 vaccination pop-up clinics, which vary in date, time and location.

The pop-up clinics offer both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, with Johnson & Johnson available at times, a county spokesperson said. Anyone 5 years or older is eligible to receive the vaccine.

Those interested in receiving a vaccine are required to bring an ID. For children, proof of their age is required for vaccination.

The pop-up clinics also offer booster shots. Anyone 16 years or older is eligible to receive a booster. Only the Pfizer vaccine is approved for those ages 16 and 17 as of early January. Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson are approved for those 18 and older.
