Tarrant County records 180 new coronavirus cases, averages 25 more a day than last week

Tarrant County reported 180 new coronavirus cases and one death on Saturday.

The county has had 8,511 confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 208 deaths and at least 4,087 recoveries.

The latest death was of a Fort Worth resident. No other details were unavailable.

Of the 208 pandemic-related deaths in the county, 120 have been in Fort Worth.

Over the past seven days, there has been a daily average of 194 new coronavirus cases, up 25 a day from the previous week.
