Collin County adds 31 COVID-19 cases, including 11 in Plano, for total of 118

Collin County confirmed 31 new coronavirus cases, including 11 in Plano, and five each in McKinney and Frisco.

There have been 118 total cases, including 39 in Plano. Four of the Plano patients work for the Plano Police Department. Thirty-three patients have recovered.

The 11 new Plano patients range in age from 42 to 73.

Two of the new Plano patients have underlying medical conditions, including a 71-year-old hospitalized man. He has not recently traveled and has no known contact with a confirmed case.

The five Frisco patients range in ages from 41 to 82. One 41-year-old man recently traveled internationally and is self-isolating with no underlying health conditions.

The five new McKinney case range from ages 29 to 53.

The three new Allen cases include a 26-year-old woman who recently traveled internationally, a 40-year-old woman and a 75-year-old man.

Other new cases were confirmed in Prosper, Lucas, Sachse and Richardson.

A 57-year-old Sachse woman has been hospitalized with an underlying health condition. She has not recently traveled and has not had any known contract with a confirmed case.
