Collin County confirms nine new coronavirus cases, including 20-year-old Frisco woman

Collin County confirmed nine new COVID-19 cases on Friday, bringing its total to 27.

The age range of the new cases is 20 to 73, with eight of the patients 48 or older. Two of the patients have underlying health conditions, including a 20-year-old Frisco woman. The new patients are from Plano, McKinney, Dallas, Frisco, Richardson and Wylie. They are all isolating at home.

Five of the new patients recently traveled, including a 67-year-old Plano man and a 49-year-old Richardson woman who both recently traveled internationally and a 56-year-old Wylie woman, a 67-year-old Plano woman and a 73-year-old Dallas man who recently traveled domestically.
