Plans are moving forward for a new Hilton-branded hotel in north Fort Worth
It looks like plans for a new hotel in north Fort Worth are moving forward.
Developer Segovia Retail Group submitted the plans for a Homewood Suites in their development Victory at Heritage Trace, at the northeast corner of Heritage Trace Parkway and Interstate 35. The address for the new hotel would be at 9835 Chloe Creek Drive.
According to the plans submitted, it will be a five-story hotel with 121 rooms under the Hilton brand umbrella. Hilton markets Homewood Suites as its “upscale, extended-stay” brand.
This new Homewood Suites hotel in Alliance is part of a larger development by Segovia that started construction last year.
