Clay Pigeon owner reveals name, theme for new Fort Worth Stockyards restaurant

Provender Hall, a new restaurant from the chef behind Clay Pigeon, will open next month in the new Mule Alley shops at the Stockyards, chef Marcus Paslay announced.

The restaurant is described as Paslay’s take on comfort food, ranging from a bison tenderloin to chicken gumbo and oysters on the half-shell.

A smoked chicken and smoked pork chop will come off an in-house J&R smoker and wood-burning grill.

Paslay also operated Piattello Italian Kitchen in Fort Worth.

The two-story restaurant will join Shake Shack in Mule Alley, also the new home of the American Paint Horse Association and other shops and offices.
