New drive-thru Vietnamese restaurant opens in north Fort Worth

A new Vietnamese restaurant with a drive-thrut is officially open in the Alliance neighborhood.

Phoenix Pho primarily serves well, pho, matcha and Vietnamese coffees. They also have egg rolls, dumplings and pork vermicelli bowls.

This is the third location for the local small business. Phoenix Pho opened its first restaurant in Abilene at the end of 2020. Then another sister restaurant called The Holic Pho opened in Aledo’s Willow Park in June 2025, serving Vietnamese and boba.

The new location in Alliance soft launched on June 21. They are offering 15 percent off meals and a free drink of choice until their grand opening on July 5.

Phoenix Pho menu

Pho is a traditional noodle soup from northern Vietnam made up of rich broth, thick noodles, meat and fresh herbs.

Phoenix Pho serves beef, chicken, shrimp and vegetable pho, as well as dry pho, which is rice or egg noodles tossed in a sauce with hot broth served on the side.

One of their house specialties, the grilled pork vermicelli bowl, is a pork-noodle dish without broth. Vermicelli is another type of rice noodle. Pho traditionally uses flat rice noodles.

Phoenix Pho also serves coffee. Vietnamese coffee is drip coffee with sweetened condensed milk. They also serve matcha lattes, which is what online customers go crazy for.

They offer eight different types of tea, like mango passion fruit, strawberry basil or thai tea. And boba can be added to any drink.

On Yelp, customers love the pork vermicelli bowl, beef pho and tofu spring rolls.

Where to find Phoenix Pho

Phoenix Pho is located at 9771 N. Freeway in north Fort Worth off Interstate I-35.

They are open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
