Win free pancakes for a year at new combo chain restaurant coming to North Texas

A dual-branded IHOP x Applebee’s restaurant will open in north Tarrant County next week– and the first few customers can win free pancakes for a year.

Guests can enjoy IHOP’s pancakes and hash browns for breakfast as well as Applebee’s burgers and ribs for lunch and dinner.

The first dual-branded IHOP/Applebee’s restaurant opened in Feb. 2025 in Seguin, Texas. Dine Brands Global, IHOP’s parent company, acquired Applebee’s International for $2.1 billion, nearly 20 years ago, in 2007.

The parent company plans to open 15 dual-branded restaurants across the country by the end of 2026.
