Paris Baguette to open a new French bakery in northeast Tarrant County

The rapidly growing Paris Baguette bakery chain is opening another location in Tarrant County.

According to information from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the company has decided to open in the Mid-Cities.

The new Paris Baguette will be in Euless, right off Texas 121 and Glade Road. The location is in the sprawling Glade Parks outdoors shopping center that’s already home to a wide variety of retailers and restaurants. The listed address of the Paris Baguette location is 2920 Rio Grande Boulevard, Suite 120.

Records show construction is expected to be completed in October 2026.

Paris Baguette opened its first store in Fort Worth last May, off North Tarrant Parkway near Alliance. There’s now a bakery in Mansfield as well as Grand Prairie.

The bakeries feature sweet and savory pastries, wraps, breakfast sandwiches and cakes, including chocolate hazelnut with Nutella, a chocolate mousse salted caramel layer cake, a blueberry chiffon cake and a strawberry soft cream cake.

The company’s stated mission is to “reestablish the neighborhood bakery café as the heart of the community around the world.”

SPC Group, based in Korea, owns Paris Baguette. The company is building its first North American food manufacturing plant in Burleson, creating 450 jobs.

The 267,000-square-foot facility is expected to be completed by late 2027 in the Highpoint Business Park in south Burleson off Interstate 35W.

SPC Group pledged an initial investment of $165 million, with Burleson and Johnson County contributing approximately $10 million.
