4 Dallas restaurants fail health inspections. Roaches and rat droppings found at others.

Four Dallas restaurants failed health inspections for serious violations, and roaches and signs of rodents were found at other places to eat.

There were 439 health inspections conducted between Jan. 5 and Jan. 25, according to city data compiled by the Star-Telegram.

Dallas restaurants are scored on a 100-point system. A score range of 100-90 is considered to be very good and 89-80 is considered good. The next inspection for both ranges is conducted in the regular six-month window.

Restaurants scoring between 79 to 70 pass but require re-inspection within 30 days. Scores between 69-60 are failing and require a follow-up inspection within 10 days or for the business to close temporarily. Food establishments scoring under 60 require closure and inspection before re-opening.

I Love Pho Noodle Soup Grill at 7927 Forest Lane Suite B failed with a score 60, according to the data. Inspectors observed various hazards at the restaurant including cross contamination, dirty kitchen equipment and rodent activity in the dry storage area.

Ez Quick Mart at 4210 W. Camp Wisdom Road scored 61. The store had multiple violations including raw food stored with ready-to-eat food, employees not using soap to wash hands, and food items without proper expiration dates and labels.

Crazy Brothers at 7812 Great Trinity Forest Way Suite 300 failed with a score of 68. Health inspectors found expired vegetables, food bottles without proper date markings, roaches on the kitchen floor and dirty equipment among other violations.

Sweet Bella at 8131 Forest Lane scored 68 The restaurant had multiple health hazards including cross contamination, and cleaning supplies stored near food items. Health inspectors also observed that the kitchen area needed deep cleaning.

The Royal Pour White Rock at 9909 Garland Road #100 - Score: 78

Mattito’s Tex Mex at 7778 Forest Lane - Score: 80

Woodlands at 6073 Forest Lane - Score: 83

Dairy Queen #13981 at 2127 Fort Worth Ave. - Score: 85

Restaurante & Panaderia Latina at 3221 W Davis St. - Score: 85

Daily Stop 13 at 9535 Bruton Road - Score: 87

Fuel Town #2 & Taqueria at 1525 Inwood Road - Score: 88

La Quinta Hotel/Breakfast Bar at 8300 John W Carpenter Freeway - Score: 88

Henderson Chicken at 8266 Abrams Road - Score: 92

Dave & Buster’s at 9450 N Central Expressway - Score: 94

Kentucky Fried Chicken at 106 W Illinois Ave. received a citation from city health inspectors after they observed overflow from a grease trap into the alley.
