Mountain Mike’s Pizza, known for crispy and curly pepperoni, to open in Fort Worth
Family-friendly pizza chain Mountain Mike’s Pizza is set to open its second Texas location in Fort Worth.
Mountain Mike’s Pizza — whose slogan is “Pizza the Way it Oughta Be!” — prides itself on providing fresh food in a family-friendly environment.
The restaurant’s 20-inch mountain-sized pizzas are hand-made with fresh dough and topped with 100% whole milk mozzarella cheese. Other menu items include chicken wings, garlic bread, salads, mozzarella sticks and a selection of beer and wine.
The California-based chain started in 1978 and has more than 250 restaurants across California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Idaho and Texas.
The Fort Worth location will be at 3488 TX-114. The new restaurant have several big-screen televisions, a kids’ arcade, a patio for outdoor dining and an all-you-can-eat lunch buffet.
Mountain Mike’s Pizza also offers carryout, in-house delivery and third-party delivery options.
The first Mountain Mike’s Pizza location in the state is also in North Texas and opened last year at 4740 TX-121 in Lewisville.
A third location is planned in Melissa, according to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing information.
The Mountain Mike’s Pizza Fort Worth location is slated to open in early August.
