Many of the restaurants that were nominated as local favorites have creative takes on the traditional brunch drink, from a mimosa inspired by Harrison Ford to tequila or vodka cocktails with a decidedly Texan kick.

- Cat City Grill: Bloody Mary with house-made mix, which at $3 is quite popular. Newest on the menu is Cloud 9 (champagne with a skewer of cotton candy on top).
- B&B Butchers & Restaurant: Mexico 70 (Blanco tequila, lime, prosecco) or the B&B Bellini (peach soda, prosecco, peach vodka).
- Lucile’s: The breakfast old fashion (Nob Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon, orange marmalade, orange bitters, Luxardo cherries)
- Press Cafe: Lolita (Tito’s vodka, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lime, grapefruit, sparkling wine)
- Tavern: French Collins (Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose vodka, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, club soda)
- Wishbone & Flynt: Orchard in the Morning (vodka, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, champagne)
- Funky Picnic Brewery & Cafe: $12 Sunrise Sunday Bottle Mimosas (a bottle of champagne with a carafe of juice (orange, pineapple, or cranberry).
- Restaurant506 at The Sanford House: Brunch Punch (Eddy’s Grapefruit Vodka, orange juice, champagne, served with a slice of blood orange)
- Brewed: Brewed’s (Harrison Ford) Mimosa, created by the actor who dined here, as a mimosa with a splash of pomegranate juice. Also popular: Hibiscus Rita (Blanco tequila, hibiscus agave, Cointreau) and Blistered Jalapeno Peach Margarita (Tanteo Jalapeno Tequila, peach juice, agave)
