Have an annoying North Texas neighbor? HBO may cast you in its new series

HBO is looking for Texans who are currently fighting their neighbors.

The casting call is for HBO and A24’s late-night series “Neighbors,” which premiered its first season earlier this year and is coming back for season 2. The documentary series examines stories of “absurd, outrageous and dramatic” real-life residential conflicts between neighbors across the country.

In the six-episode first season, “Neighbors” shot scenes in a handful of cities, including San Antonio.

The series is looking for Texans who are currently dealing with ongoing disputes or unusual relationships with their neighbors.

This could be anything from complaints over pets, noise, parking, harassment, construction, property lines or anything else. No issue is too small, as long as it’s real and ongoing, according to a description from the show.

Interested applicants can submit their information for consideration, here. The request form asks for a person’s name, contact information, residence and summary about the neighborly dispute.

No release date has been set for “Neighbors” season 2, but if the first season is any clue, it may be a while.

For season 1, series creators Harrison Fishman and Dylan Redford spent two years filming the series as they immersed themselves into their subject’s lives to capture an intimate portrait.

“Neighbors” season 1 is streaming on HBO Max.
