‘Lioness’ and ‘Dutton Ranch’ are casting extras for filming in North Texas

Two of Taylor Sheridan’s shows are casting background actors for filming in North Texas.

“Yellowstone” spinoff “Dutton Ranch” has been filming in and around the area since August 2025. Production on “Lioness” season 3 began in Fort Worth in October 2025.

Texas-based Legacy Casting recently posted several notices for filming in the region over February and March.

How to be in ‘Dutton Ranch’

Legacy is casting a Mexican christening/baptism scene in Glen Rose on Feb. 11:

The pay rate for adults and children is $110 for 10 hours of work, and $200 for 12 hours of work for the baby.

How to be in ‘Lioness’

Legacy is casting for filming in Denton on Friday, Feb. 6:

The pay rate is $110 for 10 hours of work for all roles besides the FBI agent, which is $200 for 12 hours of work.

Extras are also needed in Fort Worth throughout the rest of the month and into March.

The pay rate for the agents and shoppers is $110 for 10 hours of work, and $200 for 12 hours of work on the other two.
