Post Malone’s ‘Twelve Carat’ tour making 2 North Texas stops: Fort Worth and Dallas
Post Malone is coming home for double the fun.
The rapper and genre-bending artist, who grew up in Grapevine, is bringing his Twelve Carat Tour to Dickies Arena in Fort Worth and American Airlines Center in Dallas within a five-day span in October.
The 26-year-old artist released his fourth studio album,”Twelve Carat Toothache,” on June 3. The 33-date tour opens Sept. 10 in Omaha, Nebraska, with Roddy Ricch supporting most of the dates.
The tour hits the AAC on Oct. 21 and Dickies Arena on Oct. 26. Between the two North Texas stops Malone is playing Moody Center in Austin on Oct. 22 and Toyota Center in Houston on Oct. 25.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketmaster.com. A presale for Citibank cardholders starts at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
The tour ends Nov. 15 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
“I love touring and I love meeting my fans and singing these songs with them, but at the same time, it’s such an [butt]kicker,” Malone told Billboard in January. “My back kills me, my neck kills me, my feet kill me. There’s a lot to think about, and there’s a lot to focus on.”
Malone announced Monday morning the recent birth of his daughter and that he’s engaged during an appearance on the Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM.
