Final episodes of ‘Yellowstone’ land on streaming this weekend. Here’s where to watch
Almost four months after its original run, the final six episodes of “Yellowstone” will be available to stream this weekend.
The Paramount Network aired the second part of season 5 (also known as 5B) over November and December 2024. The Star-Telegram recapped the final six episodes, with commentary on how Taylor Sheridan wrapped up his Western saga.
On Sunday, March 16, Peacock will add “Yellowstone” season 5B to its streaming service.
How much does Peacock cost?
Peacock has two options: Premium and Premium Plus.
Premium
- Cost: $7 a month or $79.99 a year
- Access to: Films, shows, live sports and over 50 always-on channels.
Premium Plus
- Cost: $13 a month, $139.99 a year
- Access to: Everything in Premium, along with no ads, the ability to download titles offline and 24 hour access to your local NBC channel.
Why is ‘Yellowstone’ streaming on Peacock and not Paramount+?
A prior streaming deal is why “Yellowstone” isn’t among the other Sheridan-created shows on Paramount+.
Peacock landed the streaming rights to “Yellowstone” in January 2020, between the show’s second and third seasons. The streaming service launched in July 2020, with “Yellowstone” as one of its biggest draws.
At the time in 2020, Paramount+ had yet to launch. Less than a year later in March 2021, Paramount+ launched but the “Yellowstone” streaming rights were firmly in Peacock’s control.
