The Peppa Pig Theme Park is finally open in North Texas. Here’s how much a visit costs

It’s finally here: Texas’ first-ever Peppa Pig Theme Park opens this weekend.

This long-awaited amusement park is located at the old Mountasia Family Fun Center at 8851 Blvd. 26 in North Richland Hills. It features five rides and a restaurant across 14 acres of space.

The park had its official grand opening on Friday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. The park opens to the public on Saturday, March 1. Some tickets are still available.

Here’s what to know about the park.

What is the Peppa Pig Theme Park and how much does it cost?

The amusement park is based on the hit cartoon Peppa Pig, a British children’s show that has been airing since 2004. The show follows the adventures of Peppa Pig, her brother George, and their many friends, including Suzy Sheep, Rebecca Rabbit, Danny Dog and Freddy Fox.

The park is for younger children, specifically those who are younger than 6 years old. Families who attend will enjoy the entertainment of live interactive shows and play areas in addition to rides and dining.

Kids 2 years old and younger get in for free, but everyone else must buy a ticket. Adults do not need a child in their party to attend the park.

Ticket costs start at $27.99 per person for a one-day admission. This includes a free photo and video digital download. If you want to splurge for collectible Peppa Ears, that ticket will start at $32.99 per person. The My First Theme Park Package, which includes all of the above plus a water mister and a reusable Peppa Pig Theme Park bag, starts at $49.99 per person. Annual passes start at $99 per person.

The theme park website suggests people buy tickets online to guarantee entry.

The park is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting March 1.

An important thing to note: The Peppa Pig Theme Park is cashless, so be prepared to use your debit or credit card for all purchases.

This is the second Peppa Pig Theme Park in the United States, and third in the world. The first one in the U.S. opened in Florida in 2022. Another Peppa Pig Theme Park opened in Günzburg, Germany in 2024.

The theme park is not the only Peppa Pig attraction in North Texas. There is also a Peppa Pig World of Play, an indoor play center specifically for pre-K kids, located in Grapevine Mills Mall.
